Running for health is probably the primary reason most people run. And yet, often time people don’t think good health is the reason they push themselves each day. People mistakenly put the focus on other areas of running benefits. Each reason is solid and important on its own (weight loss, getting away, etc.) but if you look a little closer at yourself you’ll find that while those reasons are nice, health is the most important and the one that can keep you motivated.
Good health is most often overlooked by those trying to lose weight.
Running for health is not always the easiest running reason to measure.
The benefits of running for your body are many. Running lowers blood pressure, reduces heart disease, and builds muscle.
